He was born on August 10th in Khulna. In 1991, his first album “ORBIT” was released. Some of the memorable songs are “Maa Tumi Amar Agey Jeyo Nago Morey”, “O Priyojon”, “Ki Emon Chhilo Proyojon”. In 2013, he won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer for the film Khodar Pore Ma.
