I started with pretty low expectations and was mostly excited for Resurrection
The beginning of the first episode was awkward with the montages and the CGI cop car, and I thought “oh man, this is going to be a dud”.
By the end of the first episode, I was eating crow, because the actors embodied their characters perfectly, and the story held promise
While we already know a lot of the backstory, the first episode had a few surprises that added depth to some of the characters we’ve come to know and love, and added a little background to the decisions those characters make.
Just one episode and I’m hooked!
