Plot
Eva (Odessa Young), a 19th-century widow, is faced with an impossible choice when a shipwreck occurs off the coast of her isolated fishing outpost in the middle of a particularly brutal winter. Eva and her crew must choose between rescuing the renegades or surviving the winter on their last remaining food. Faced with the consequences of their choices and racked by guilt, the residents struggle with a growing sense of fear and come to believe that each person is being punished for their choices.
